New stuff for James and family. Laura, Olivia (our 41/2 yr old), and myself are excited to welcome a baby sister for Olivia. Sophia Anne Carleton-Palanio arrived on Aug 15 very early in the morning. She was 8 lbs 3 oz. Olivia is a very proud and excited big sister.
Other important news to us, is our move from our own real estate office to re-joining the group at Re/Max penticton realty. We have teamed up with the Cramers and know both these moves will allow more freedom to be at home when needed and to allow both Laura and I to focus on the selling of real estate and not the operations of a real estate office.
Finally, Ironman was yesterday ! It was a hot, windy, and smokey day that created many stresses and concerns on all athletes. However, some great times were had by a few strong athletes. A special congrats to Jeremy Hopwood.
