How To Receive Up-dates

We'll be putting up new posts on this blog quite frequently. If you would like to be notified when we have a new post you can do one of 3 things:

1. Visit this blog frequently (this is not the most efficient method).
2. Receive e-mail alerts. Follow the instructions below to receive e-mails of our new posts.
3. Subscribe in a feed reader. If you have an RSS reader account like Google Reader or NetVibes, follow the instrutions below on how to subscribe in a reader.

To Receive e-mail Alerts

• In the right side bar go to 'Subscribe Via E-mail' and (a) type your e-mail address in the box, and (b) click subscribe.

• You're then taken to a page which confirms your e-mail address and generates (a) an anti-spam word which you then type into the box (b). This is to prove that you are a real human being and not a 'spam-bot'. Now click on (c) 'Complete Subscription Request'.
  

• Lastly you'll see the screen below. This confirms that you will receive an e-mail of any new material that we post!

To Subscribe In A Reader

• Go the the 'Subscribe In A Reader' area in the right side bar and click on the orange icon.

• Select your feed reader from (a) one of the icons or (b) from the drop-down menu.

• Posts will now be sent to your feed reader!
